  • E-tickets can only be used on smartphones. This functionality is limited to smartphones that can connect to the Internet and are associated with a mobile phone number that allows for reception of SMS (Short Message Service) messages.*iOS 7.0, Android OS 4.0, or higher
    *iPhones must have SMS and call functionality.
  • You cannot use the following devices:
    ・Smartphones that do not support Google Play or App Store
    ・Tablet devices (iPad/iPad mini/Android tablets and so on)
    ・iPod touch
  • On the day of the show, please display your ticket from the E-ticket app to enter the venue.

    You must be a member of THE YELLOW MONKEY OFFICIAL FAN CLUB「BELIEVER.」 (for people outside Japan)
    Register for the fan club here
  • Non-members of THE YELLOW MONKEY OFFICIAL FAN CLUB [BELIEVER.] can accompany you to performances

    *However, accompanying guests must enter the venue at the same time as the applicant.

Important Notes

Please confirm before applying

  • Application will be made only once.
  • It is necessary to apply for all desired performances when applying once.
  • It is prohibited to sell or transfer your ticket to a third party, regardless of the purpose or reason. If we discover you have purchased your ticket illicitly or we cannot confirm your identity, you will be refused entry into the venue. Please understand that we cannot reimburse the cost of your ticket at that time.
  • Please make sureIf you have an Android device, you may not be able to apply via the browser. In that case, please change your browser to Google Chrome and try again.
  • If an applicant withdraws from THE YELLOW MONKEY OFFICIAL FAN CLUB「BELIEVER.」 member, the application may become invalid.
  • You can only receive your ticket on the smart phone device with the phone number you register when you apply, so please make sure to enter it correctly.
  • We cannot answer any inquiries about seating and lotteries.
  • You cannot cancel your application after it has been sent, and you cannot change the content of your application after applications close.
  • Visitors above the age of 6 are required to purchase tickets. Visitors who are below the age of 6 will still be required to purchase tickets if they wish to be seated.
    Visitors purchasing more than 2 tickets may be seated apart in close proximity.
    We will not answer any inquiries regarding seating and the raffle draw.
    Videos and photographs with visitors in them may occasionally be made public. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
    For safety reasons, please remain seated and wait for your turn to exit the venue when the concert is over.
    We will escort wheelchair users to their seats (Companions of wheelchair users will be required to purchase their own tickets to enter the venue). For companions who wish to purchase tickets, please contact us at least one week before the performance you wish to attend takes place.

      • Regarding our e-tickets

      • In the event that you have won our e-tickets in the raffle draw, you may only receive and view the tickets on THE YELLOW MONKEY's official app (with your smartphone).
      • Please be advised that the e-ticket app may not be opened using feature phones, flip phones, tablets (such as the iPad, iPod) or easy smartphones.
      • Visitors who do not have their smartphones on the day of the performance and those who are unable to obtain smartphones, please visit our "e-ticket irregular counter" in order for us to verify your identity. Please be informed that wait time is necessary at the counter.
      • Visitors who will be visiting our "e-ticket irregular counter", please be advised that we will only take your inquiries when our e-tickets have been issued. We will not be able to answer any questions regarding our e-tickets in advance.
      • E-tickets will be displayed performance 2 weeks ago. We will inform you by email, so please configure your settings to receive emails from [emtg.jp].
